Same inclusions — peak weekend pricing for the studio space.

3-hour minimum (includes set-up & take-down)

$250 non-refundable booking deposit

$300 refundable security deposit

Alcoholic beverages	Quote on request	Class B license. Bartender service $25/hr — no outside alcohol.
Coffee & tea	Per person	Unlimited coffee and tea from the cafe bar.
Beverage glasses	$3.00 / person	Bar glasses, wine glasses, champagne flutes.

Bring the caterer of your choice. We recommend providers who deliver already-prepared food, as on-site prep space is limited to the cafe.

Rental and material fees are refundable if cancelled at least 30 days before your date. Submit cancellations by email and we’ll confirm.
